onions

We grow 5,000 tonnes of onions each year, supplying M&S, Tesco, and Aldi. We have dedicated storage on site to store these right up until June.

potatoes

We grow three varieties of potato - Maris Piper, Marfona and Estima - all for the early baker market.

We supply these to Tesco, Sainsburys, Aldi and McCains.

wheat

Wheat is our biggest crop in terms of area and the majority is grown for milling. On our heavier land we grow feed wheat for animal feed.

sugar beet

Historically, sugar beet was one of our most important crop but recently it has become less so. We supply the beet factory in Bury St Edmunds, which we see and smell from the fields.

barley

We grow both feed and malting barley. Feed barley goes for animal feed and the malting barley goes for both whisky and beer.
